Our Story
A Family Guided by Healing & Purpose
Selah For Life began as a small act of faith — a mother’s desire to help her family and community find peace through natural healing. What started as personal wellness work soon grew into a shared mission to bring calm and compassion to others.
Today, Chaplain Shawnna Schmidt and her daughters Amber and Anna work together to serve the Milaca community through frequency-based care, Restoration Massage, Touch of Peace Healing, and education in whole-person wellness.
Each service offered reflects our heart: that healing is not just physical, but spiritual and emotional — a returning home to balance, hope, and to Align With Love.
